Win's favorite winery

I remember vividly the glass that changed my relationship with wine.

It was a 2009 Chardonnay from Peter Michael Winery (http://www.petermichaelwinery.com/), served to me by my brother-in-law in celebration of my first promotion.  It was delicious (though unfortunately outside of my price range...).

My primary motivations in taking this course are professional.  After graduation, I'm thrilled to be joining Goldman as a private wealth and philanthropic advisor.   A critical aspect of my role will include building client relationships, so I am excited for this course to help me:
 -  increase my sophistication around ordering fine wines when out to dinner with clients and business partners
 - speak eloquently in professional settings about wine, the industry, and vineyard ownership
 - collect entertaining and surprising factoids about the wine business to share in these contexts

I'm also hoping to discover a wine that inspires me as much as that glass of Peter Michael but that retails at a much lower price point.  Recommendations very much appreciated!

  1. Newton Unfiltered Chardonnay is a similar taste profile but less expensive wine than Peter Michael.
